The rule is very simple: a well-ripened banana is mixed with an egg and a spoonful of coconut flour. Mix until a homogeneous dough is formed. Honey is optional, depending on preference, as ripe bananas are already sweet. For each additional banana, add another egg and a tablespoon of coconut flour.
